**Objective**:
You’ll be responsible for turning raw footage into engaging videos that align with our brand’s voice and messaging. If you have a strong eye for visual storytelling, a solid portfolio, and love staying ahead of digital trends—this role is for you.
**Activities**:
- Edit and assemble raw footage into compelling videos with smooth transitions, professional pacing, and high production value.
- Collaborate with the creative team to understand project goals and develop video content that reflects the company’s brand identity.
- Enhance visual and audio quality using editing software, including adding motion graphics, effects, music, and subtitles as needed.
- Review footage, select the best takes, and ensure final edits meet creative and technical standards.
- Implement feedback from stakeholders efficiently and with attention to detail.
- Maintain an organized archive of video and audio assets for future use and reference.
- Stay current with industry trends, social media formats, and emerging tools in post-production.
**Required Skills & Experience**:
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of After Effects or other tools is a plus).
- Experience creating video content for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).




- Solid understanding of the full video production process, including lighting, sound, and camera work.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, color correction, and visual effects.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a strong sense of timing and storytelling.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Passion for video, innovation, and staying up-to-date with editing techniques and content trends.
