We are currently searching for a **Job Position**:
**Responsibilities**:

Gather and document business requirements across stakeholders.**:
- ** Coordinate implementation activities across multiple teams.**:
- ** Analyze data using Excel and business intelligence tools.**:
- ** Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance originations, collections, notifications, and fraud prevention strategies in the banking/financial domain.**:




- ** Support omni-channel initiatives across digital platforms.**:
- ** Present technical and business information clearly to managers, clients, and stakeholders.**:
- ** Contribute to high-pressure project environments with a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.**
**Requirements**:
- **
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Software, etc.) or equivalent experience.**:
- ** 7-10 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.**:
- ** Background in the banking industry or financial institutions is a must.**:
- ** Strong communication and presentation skills.**:
- ** Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.**:
- ** Proficient in Excel; familiarity with business intelligence software is a plus.**:
- ** Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred).**:
- ** Willing to travel up to 10-15% based on project needs.**
