**Objetivo de la vacante**: Apoyo en la generación, revisión y liberación de los contratos de financiamiento celebrados entre VFS y sus clientes con
eficiencia y en estricto apego a los procesos y requerimientos del negocio, así como dar una revisión constante del proceso operativo actual, en las plataformas de gestión de la empresa, proponiendo los cambios necesarios.
**Actividades**:
- Envío y seguimiento de actas para dictaminación.
- Apoyo en la elaboración de contratos de los distintos productos financieros, de acuerdo con lineamientos de la CONDUSEF y a las políticas internas.
- Apoyo en la elaboración de contratos de reestructura, que en su clausulado aseguren la posición de VFS ante el
cliente en caso de que dejara de pagar.
- Apoyo en la liberación de operaciones de los distintos productos financieros, incluye reestructuras, verificando que se cuenta con expediente completo de los documentos necesarios para poder activar un contrato en sistema.
- Revisar que el expediente de PLD esté completo cada vez que se elabore y/o libere un contrato.
- Registro de garantías propias y adicionales ante el RUG en tiempo y forma para asegurar la garantía propia del crédito en primer lugar a favor de VFS.
- Elaboración y envío de archivo REPUVE.
- Escaneo de información de contratos liberados retail en Carpeta Compartida y reestructuras / convenios la cotización en sistema, para eficientar la búsqueda de información a otras áreas.
- Envío y Seguimiento de Contratos a Ratificar a Corredor, con la ratificación se termina el proceso de un contrato nuevo y al estar correctamente formalizado, esto nos da seguridad ante alguna contingencia como es el caso de demandas.
