**Your Profile**:
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive, Electro-mechanical, etc.).
- Previous experience**:2-4 years**or more in automotive industry as Product Engineer or product development-related position.
- Electronic modules to support **brackets**.
- Internal Combustion Engine / Electric Motor / Power Electronics accessories’ components/structural components such as brackets.
- **Review component changes**(specifications, production location, tooling refurbishment, TIER 2 suppliers, etc.) from suppliers, process documentation and authorize required testing (DVP&R;) on these changes (Forever Requirements).
- Understanding of parts design in **NX Software**(2D & 3D).
- Usage of hardware and software tools to create and modify designs according to assigned commodity. Attend training and development plan to acquire required abilities and knowledge to comply with individual and team goals.
- Standardize and benchmark components (performance, weight, cost efficiency).
- Create and update DFMEA documents,



coordinate DFMEAs and PFMEAs with suppliers.
- Participate in the design process (following-up, analyzing and tracking changes), specify, test, validate and release Propulsion Systems components for assigned vehicle families; analyze and solve part-related failures; propose, validate, and obtain cost reductions on these parts.
- Process documentation on changes or modifications to components from assigned vehicle families (Change Notices).
- **Advanced English**Communication
