**Job summary**
The Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing existing processes and designing new systems to increase efficiency, improve quality, reduce cost, and ensure safety in production environments. The role requires a strong understanding of process modeling, data analysis, and project management.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop, configure, and optimize industrial processes from inception through to start-up and certification.
- Design process systems, equipment, and control strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.




- Monitor, test, and maintain process performance using data and metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D;, Quality, Maintenance, Production).
- Troubleshoot process problems and propose sustainable solutions.
- Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor’s degree as a Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. *More than 3 years working as a Process Engineer *Experience with simulation software and CAD tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or Kaizen is an advantage.
