**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Personnel Management and Organizational Development**
- Establish the plant's organizational structure and job responsibilities; ensure optimal allocation of human resources across all departments.
- Develop and implement the performance evaluation system to create a positive, efficient, and safe team culture.
2. **Plant Operations Management**
- Take full responsibility for the plant's daily operations; effectively allocate human resources, materials, and equipment to continuously improve production efficiency and equipment utilization, ensuring on-time delivery of customer orders.
- Formulate and execute the annual plant budget; control various operational costs to achieve annual profitability targets.
3. **Quality Management and Customer Satisfaction**
- Promote the establishment and continuous improvement of the plant's quality management system to ensure product quality standards are met and customer satisfaction is consistently enhanced.
4. **Customer and External Relations Management**
- Participate in the development of the local market and supply chain to support the business growth of Jinrong Mexico.
- Represent the plant in effective communication and coordination with customers, suppliers, government authorities, and other external stakeholders; participate in customer audits and third-party certifications.
5. **Plant Safety and Sustainable Development**




- Ensure all operational activities comply with legal regulations and internal company policies.
- Implement Mexican EHS regulations as well as the company's safety and environmental protection policies to ensure safe production and support sustainable development.
**6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.**
**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering (such as Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields);
2. Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in manufacturing industries, with at least 5 years in a factory management role;
3. Fluency in both Spanish and **English** (both written and spoken);
4. Direct customer-facing experience;
5. Familiar with manufacturing processes related to metal stamping and welding; relevant industry background preferred;
6. Knowledge of quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 is preferred;
7. Ability to work and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment;
8. Excellent production management, operations management, and team leadership skills;
9. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a high sense of responsibility and strong execution capability.
