Qualification, Knowledge & Academic requirements- University degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical and/or Electronics.- Advanced conversational English, communication with technical vocabulary.
Experience requirements:
- Proven experience in new product launches (NPI/NPD). Management and experience in core tools (APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, PFMEA, CP) implementing the tools and generating added value to the new product development process.
- Proven experience in 8D analysis, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
- GreenBelt certification is desirable, with proven experience in statistical analysis focused on quality.
- Proactive, change agent, self-directed, and with effective communication.



Ability to lead a work team.
- Implementation of new projects from conception to prototypes - MP.
- Creation and timely implementation of quality documentation in the projects. Generation of NCMR - 8D as applicable in the assembly lines.
- Follow-up in the first 3 months after product launch with the client, driving quality escape issues with the client while following up on root cause analysis with the multidisciplinary team.
- Keep the deliverables updated according to procedures. Carry out the support activities requested by Management.
