**About the Role**We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from initiation to completion. This role is idóneo for someone with strong organizational skills, the ability to work across teams, and a passion for delivering results on time and within scope.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
- Coordinate project activities, resources, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Track project budgets and expenses under supervision
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams
- Support risk identification and issue resolution processes
- Document project requirements, decisions, and changes
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)




- 1+ year of experience in a project coordination or similar role (internships included)
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile,Scrum)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
**Nice to Have**
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking

Pay: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month
