As the **IFRS Accounting and Financial Specialist**
You will be responsible for supporting and standardizing the adoption of the International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) for some companies of the Ruhrpumpen Grupo at the integral level, to generate financial information in an international environment for RP Group.
**Main responsibilities**:
- Implementation of the new IFRS Standard for some companies of the RP Group.
- Prepare the financial information by IFRS to attend the external audit of some companies of the RP Group.
- Implementation of processes to recognize the effects of variations in exchange rates under IAS 21.




- Supervise foreign Audit reports under IFRS for some companies of the RP Group.
- Standardize the correct process for entering annual adjustments under IFRS for some companies of the RP Group.
**Job's requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in public accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar.
- 2 years of minimum accounting and management of IFRS conversions
- Conversational English
- Willing to commute to the Monterrey office
- Proactive attitude
