**Key Responsibilities**:
1. According to the standard requirements, complete sampling, sample preparation, and conduct spectral analysis, metallographic examination, hardness testing, tensile testing, etc.
2. Based on the specified requirements, summarize and analyze the test data, make judgments in a timely manner, and issue test reports.
3. Manage test samples, perform daily maintenance and calibration of test equipment and instruments, and place orders for consumables.
4. Conduct incoming inspection of raw and auxiliary materials, and provide feedback and follow up on non-conforming materials.
5. Assist in the management of the laboratory's thermal field, and compile operation instructions, etc.
6. Maintain the quality system of the materials laboratory (internal audits, second-party audits, third-party audits).
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.




**Required Qualifications**:
1. A college degree or above, with a major in metalmaterials preferred;
2. At least one year of experience in metal material testing, and those who are familiar with relevant inspection standards and testing requirements are preferred;
3. Proficient in computer office software;
4. Careful and meticulous in work, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
5. Familiar with aviation AS9100 and NADCAP audits are preferred.
