**Financial Analyst**

**We will count on you to**:
- Ability to work independently under general direction, but will escalate issues and concerns to managers as appropriate
- Review and analyze basic financial planning information and reports
- Support month-end close process by reviewing recurring/standard and ad hoc reports, develop understanding of our P&L; structure and analyzing variances to forecast, budget and prior year
- Extract data from MMC’s data warehouse to support key strategic initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of financial presentations using a variety of formats, displays, reproduction of charts, graphs and econometric models
- Research, identify, and explain expense and operational variances to highlight areas of risk and opportunities to improve
- Perform other duties as assigned
**What do you need to have?**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, Finance, Mathematics or Actuarial Sciences.
- 2 - 5 years of experience in FP&A; process and multicultural relationships with executive roles.




- Advanced English
- Advanced excel skills, oracle and Essbase knowledge preferred
- Power BI (desirable)
