PART TIME
This position requires a dynamic and detail-oriented individual responsible for communicating with consumers and dealer-clients
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Document and update customer information in proprietary systems
Field general inquiries and provide outstanding client solutions
Set and calendar appointments to ensure maximum sales opportunities for dealer-clients
Exhibit excellent judgment and discretion with complex consumer finance scenarios and consumer information
QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment
Outstanding dialogue and active listening skills
Positive attitude and strong phone presence
Follow defined business processes within company and sponsor guidelines
Take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities
