Request**:Document Control Specialist**
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering,architecture or related fields.
- 3 years of experience in document control, particularly in public works or large infrastructure projects.
- Proficient in BIM 360 and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on accuracy and detail.
- Familiarity with contract management and regulatory procedures in Mexican public works projects (preferred).
- Professional english proficieny
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the receipt, dispatch, and archiving project documents and ensure compliance with company policies.




- Maintain accurate document distribution records, ensuring all project stakeholders have access to up-to-date documentation.
- Organize and prepare documentation required for contract follow up, ensuring timely submission and archiving.
- Ensure data integrity and version control within project document management systems.
- Assist project teams in managing communication and information flow between internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform additional tasks assigned by project leadership to ensure the smooth operation of document control processes
