**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**- Establish Project Frameworks: Define the structure for executing development projects, fostering team collaboration to achieve optimal outcomes.- Evaluate and Plan Development Tasks: Assess wireframes and designs to determine complexity, then break down tasks, create timelines, and manage project backlogs for the development team.- Comprehend Technical Specifications: Gain an in-depth understanding of product technicalities, including frontend architecture, CMS implementations, and various integrations such as site search, advertising, APIs, personalization tools, localization, internationalization, and analytics.**Qualifications and Job Requirements**- Proficiency in Agile Methodologies: Demonstrated experience with Agile principles and frameworks, including Scrum,



to facilitate efficient and adaptive project management.- Expertise with Atlassian Tools: Hands-on experience utilizing Atlassian’s suite of products, particularly Jira and Confluence, for effective project tracking and team collaboration.- CMS Platform Experience: Proven track record working with widely-used Content Management Systems such as Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), ensuring seamless content operations.- Enterprise-Level Project Delivery: Successful participation in the delivery and deployment of large-scale engineering projects, encompassing both principal development and ongoing maintenance phases.- Product Ownership Mentality: Ability to take full ownership of the product lifecycle, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
