**Role Purpose**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Operations Manager - Assemby**to lead a high-impact manufacturing area with over 150 employees. This role oversees production, materials, safety, quality, and operational excellence across multiple value streams. You’ll drive strategic execution, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and build high-performing teams that deliver results.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Operations & Production**:
- Manage a major operational area, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Develop and execute monthly and annual production plans
- Monitor performance, resource allocation, and process efficiency
