You will report directly to our Director Materials Managementand you’ll work out of our Chihuahua location. _
- In this role, you will impact the operational efficiency of the inventory control team and enhance overall business performance through effective inventory management practices._
- _Oversee inventory control activities and ensure compliance with company policies. _
- _Analyze inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize stock management. _
- _Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve processes. _

- _5+ years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management. _
- _Experienced managing teams _
- _Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. _
- _Proficient in using inventory management software and tools. _
- _Experience with data analysis and reporting. _
- _Oracle Experienced _

- _Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. _
- _Experience in inventory optimization and control processes. _
- _Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and best practices. _
