Location: On-site, Col. Obispado, Monterrey, N.L.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (1-hour lunch)
**Salary**: $14,000 - $17,000 MXN per month (based on experience)

**Requirements**:
Advanced conversational English (C1 level)
Bachelor’s degree completed
Proficiency in Excel
Experience in customer service or call center (preferred)
Main Responsibilities:
Handle and follow up on international client inquiries
Resolve problems and provide effective solutions
Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction
