**Responsibilities**:
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and condition.
- Coordinate with carriers on scheduling and tracking deliveries.
- Manage warehouse staff and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, HACCP, and other safety regulations.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee physical counts.
- Prepare shipping documents, such as bills of lading and customs forms.
- Monitor shipping costs and negotiate the best rates with carriers.
- Implement and improve shipping procedures and systems.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience supervising and managing shipments.
- Cross-dock interaction with El Paso.
- Experience with logistics processes involving EDI.
- Advanced English (minimum 90%, spoken and written).
- Valid Visa Laser.




- Previous experience working for transportation companies (Volvo / DTNA / Paccar / JD / CAT) as a supplier to one of them.
- Experience in automotive shipments.
- Experience with IATF 16949.
- Proficiency in shipping software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with international shipping regulations.
