TruFluency KIDS! Spanish Immersion Online is a passionate company of teachers, curriculum writers, and language acquisition researchers.
- We currently need 5 teachers to teach energetic, dynamic ONLINE Spanish lessons to children ages 4 - 12.
- This position is ONLINE ONLY - not in person.

Details about the job:
- You choose how many classes you teach - no minimum hours required. You could teach 2 hours a week or 10 hours a week. This is your decision.
- Maximum classroom size of only 4-5 children!
- Classes start at 8 am and end at 9 pm every day (weekends too) - you choose the schedule you want.
- All curriculum is given to you with all materials needed for the classes. You will have songs, storybooks, lesson plans, online games and teacher training for THE MOST EFFECTIVE Spanish teaching.
You simply bring

- MUST HAVE ENERGY,
- a sweet and fun disposition with the children, and




- eager to speak in English to the parents to encourage them to sign up for another class or answer their questions.
- a natural way of teaching that encourages the conversation to flow easily so that the kids are speaking as much as possible (DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ALWAYS NEED A LESSON PLAN TO KNOW WHAT TO DO IN CLASS)
- experience teaching online and have the natural skills to keep the kids talking and engaged throughout the class
- always be on time (preferably early to log in to Zoom)
- the ability to teach a true immersion class (no English is spoken)
- knowledge and ease of using Zoom
We use Waldorf, Natural Approach, and TPRS (emphasis on the storytelling and question/answer method).
We will send you some videos on how to use our lesson plans. Every lesson plan comes with videos on how to use it.
Why we are unique: We do not micromanage but give you an array of materials to use in class.
