**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for healthcare roles in the US market.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive hiring practices.
- Ensure compliance with US healthcare recruitment standards and regulations.
**Qualifications**
- **Proven experience** in recruiting within the **US healthcare industry** (staffing agency or in-house).
- **Advanced English level** (C1 or above); excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools for the US market.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
