Conocimientos técnicos básicos
Familiaridad con Incoterms, tipos de transporte (aéreo, marítimo, terrestre) y documentación logística (BL, AWB, manifiestos, etc.)
Comprensión de procesos de importación y exportación, incluyendo tiempos de tránsito, aduanas y requisitos regulatorios




Manejo de cotizaciones spot y tarifas contractuales, especialmente en plataformas internas o sistemas de booking
Herramientas y sistemas
Buen dominio de Excel (tablas dinámicas, filtros, fórmulas básicas), opcional: CRM para seguimiento de clientes
Uso de portales de navieras o aerolíneas para cotizar y rastrear embarques
Habilidades interpersonales
Atención al detalle para evitar errores en tarifas, rutas o condiciones de servicio
Comunicación clara y profesional en español e inglés, tanto escrita como verbal
Experiência laboral recomendada
6 meses a 2 años en áreas de customer service, pricing, operaciones o ventas internas dentro de un forwarder
Participación en tareas como armado de cotizaciones, seguimiento de embarques, soporte a ejecutivos de ventas
