Responsible for the overall governance and management of master data in LATAM. This includes leading the development and implementation of master data strategies, policies, and processes; working with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency; and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsible for ensuring data integrity, availability, and security throughout the entire process, from data collection, storage, processing, and analysis.
- Lead the development and implementation of master data strategies, policies, and processes for Latin America.
- Responsible for data security, management, and analysis, implementing improvements and/or automation for sound business decision-making. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, including the global Master Data Management team, regional business leaders,



and data stewards for each country and subregion.
- Represent the Latin America Master Data Management team in general initiatives.
- Provide thought leadership and guidance on master data management best practices.
- Demonstrate advanced knowledge of business processes, project management skills, and SAP solutions.
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and/or related field.
- Advanced English
- 5+ years of experience in master data management, including experience providing solutions in SAP.
- REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
- Solid knowledge of business management, as well as knowledge of accounting, finance, marketing, and IT.
- Knowledge and experience in project management
