Our client is a fast-growing **Managed Services Provider (MSP)** helping businesses improve technology operations, reduce costs, and strengthen cybersecurity. They’re seeking a **Sales Data Coordinator** to keep their CRM and lead lists clean, accurate, and ready for outreach.
**Role Overview**
The Sales Data Coordinator will work closely with the sales team to manage, organize, and improve prospect data in **HubSpot** and conduct targeted research in **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**. This role requires attention to detail, a love for organized data, and the ability to work in the office in Guadalajara at least three days per week.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Scrub, update, and maintain lead databases for accuracy.
- Tag and segment leads in **HubSpot** for targeted outreach.
- Research and verify prospect details using **LinkedIn Sales Navigator**.




- Remove duplicate and outdated CRM entries.
- Support the sales team with updated lead lists and data pulls.
**Requirements**:
- **1+ year of HubSpot CRM experience** (mandatory).
- **Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator** (mandatory).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Stable internet connection and own laptop.
- Available to work in the Guadalajara office **at least 3 days per week**.
**Contract Type**
This is a **full-time independent contractor role** (no benefits) with a monthly rate of **$15,000 MXN**. PTO is available.
