**POSITION**:Dynamics 365 FO Tier 1 Support Technician
**REPORTING TO**: Sr. Director of Business Systems
**DEPARTMENT**: Business Systems

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or the technical team when required.
- Document all support activities, ensuring accuracy and clarity in both technical and non-technical terms.
- Provide guidance to end-users on system navigation and basic functionality.
- Assist with data entry, report running, and simple queries as needed.
- Collaborate with IT and Business Systems teams to ensure timely resolution of user issues.
Experiência y requisitos
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES**
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, preferably Dynamics 365 FO or Microsoft Dynamics AX.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management, communication, strong English, and organizational skills.




- Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
**DESIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES**
- Experience with D365 FO or other ERP systems.
- Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI, SSRS, or similar.
- Understanding of REST APIs and system integrations (basic level).
