**Job Objective**:
Support the purchasing and logistics processes by ensuring timely communication with suppliers, proper order follow-up, and coordination of deliveries, while helping optimize costs and ensuring smooth operations.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Request and compare quotations from suppliers.
- Create and follow up on purchase orders.
- Communicate with suppliers (in English and Spanish) to track deliveries and solve issues.
- Coordinate transportation and delivery schedules.
- Support with basic inventory and stock control.
- Prepare simple reports on purchases, deliveries, and costs.
- Assist with import/export documentation (if required).
- Collaborate with internal departments (production, warehouse, finance).
**Job Profile**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or ongoing studies (preferred but not mandatory).
- **Experience**: Not required
- **Languages**:



Intermediate-Advanced English (oral and written).
- **Knowledge (preferred)**:
- Basic use of Excel and Office tools.
- Basic knowledge of purchasing or logistics (not required).
