**About this opportunity**
The Site Engineer is data driven to build insights and trends to optimally and efficiently supervise, civil works, on-site survey, network design, installation. They also provide support and assurance for commissioning, and integration activities. The Site Engineer adheres to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.

**What you will do**
- Craft and draw the architectural plan of the site.
- Prepare and plan activities related to different projects.
- Perform, report and close activities in appropriate time.
- Detail relevant data to daily job.
**You will bring**
- Fresh graduates from bachelor’s degree level, in engineering (Telecommunications, Communications & Electronics or related).
- Proficient English skills both spoken and written.
- Proficient use of AutoCAD.

**About this opportunity**:
Our ever-growing team at Ericsson is currently in search of a dedicated Site Engineer who possesses a data-focused and results-oriented approach to effectively supervise all aspects of site activities. These include, but are not limited to, civil works, site surveys, network design and installation. A major part of the role includes managing support and assurance for commissioning and integration activities while adhering to group directives, legal and financial directives. A commitment to procedures and tools grounded in both general and local environmental and occupational health and safety (E+OHS) including attention to data security and privacy is key to this role.
**What you will do**:
- Conduct site surveys, gather data efficiently to ensure proper planning.
- Plan and secure engagement of the appropriate service provision (ASP) in areas like licensing, assessment, training, and compliance.
- Coordinate the requisition and allocation of stellar workforce and material.
- Ensure validity of site design.
- Diligently plan, secure and execute the installation and commissioning phase.
- Meet quality standards in all execution procedures and report relevant activities.
