Assist in managing investigations for open regions/distribution centers. Conduct investigations when needed.
- Train the Regional and Supply Chain Loss Prevention managers on proper investigative techniques and processes. Assist them in identifying LP cases.
- Analyze investigations to determine root cause and impact. Provide business improvements recommendations.
- Coordinate and lead market blitzes (process of taking a group of LPMs into a market to conduct compliance audits, AutoZoner in store training, management LP workshops, high shrink analysis of problem stores and investigations) of high shrink markets.
- Assist in staff training on proper loss prevention practices and processes. Work with the teams to understand inventory results and to identify and address store specific loss vulnerabilities
- Conduct strategic visits to stores across the chain to identify opportunities for improving shrink control and support ongoing investigations, in close collaboration with Regional Loss Prevention Managers.
