**Case Manager**
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST
Remote in Mexico
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Facing: Maintain ongoing communication with clients, ensuring initial and follow-up contact for case updates and inquiries.
- Data Entry: Accurately enter and update client and case data in the Litify dashboard. Ensure proper documentation and case information is maintained.
- Case Management: Manage cases for Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA), Motorcycle, and Big Truck accidents, ensuring case progress and deadlines are met.
- Settlement Package Preparation: Prepare and submit settlement packages and medical payment requests.
- Documentation: Ensure proper documentation in the Litify system, including case notes, value drivers, and other pertinent information.
- General Duties: Draft routine correspondence,



maintain contact with medical providers, adjusters, and attorneys, and assist attorneys as needed.
- Mentorship: Assist in the mentorship and orientation of new team members.
**Skills and qualifications - Hard and soft skills**:
- **
Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Paralegal or similar legal experience.**:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (ability to translate and communicate in both languages).
- ** Experience with personal injury cases is preferred.**
