Process Engineer
- Develop and optimize screen printing process and other manufacturing processes as needed.
- Analyze current production methods to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Train, supervise, and mentor operators on set-up/operating procedures, best practices, equipment usage, and safety procedures.
- Work with quality, manufacturing, and customers to develop cosmetic inspection standards on various printed products.
- Help support ECO and process validation processes.
- Manage new projects by developing and following project timelines.
- Ensure processes and operations adhere to safety standards, industry and environmental regulations.
- Develop and monitor waste collection and reclamation program.
- Engineering degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Materials Science or equivalent experience.




- 3+ years of experience in screen printing process engineering or a similar manufacturing environment
- Project Management experience.
- Excellent communication and technical writing skills.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English).
- Experience with development and executions of IQ, OQ, PQ process validations.
- Knowledge of either rotary or sheet fed die cutting operations desired.
- Experience with advanced manufacturing/robotics.
- Lean manufacturing or Six Sigma certification
- Able to travel--US Visa
