Do you have a passion for turning technical ideas into real-life innovations that drive operational excellence? Join our Supply Chain team as a Food Technologist. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing, managing, and leading low to medium complexity technical projects focused on innovation and productivity—such as business support activities (BSA), food improvements, support for line start-ups, and product relocations.
You’ll play a key role in adapting prototype formulas to industrial scale, overseeing scale-up processes, testing, and ensuring a successful startup. Throughout the process, you’ll make sure all new products comply with our Quality, Sanitation, and Safety standards. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll help bring product ideas to life while enhancing efficiency and supporting continuous improvement across our operations.
This position is based in Linares, Reciente León.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
**Innovation & Formula Scale-Up**: Support the ideation process and lead the adaptation of prototype formulas to industrial scale, ensuring successful scale-up aligned with quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
**Start-Up & Knowledge Transfer**: Lead production start-ups by documenting technical know-how, training plant personnel, and ensuring smooth handover to operations.
**Process Design & Compliance**: Influence decisions on process definition, including SOPs, SOCs, and line throughput, while ensuring compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
**Stakeholder & Supplier Collaboration**: Build and maintain technical relationships with vendors and suppliers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and cost-saving projects.
**Culture, Leadership & Continuous Improvement**: Promote the company’s values through active participation in KWS, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to building a strong performance-driven culture.




We’re Looking for Someone With
English proficiency (90%)
Food Industry/Biotech Engineer preferably
1 year of experience as a Food Tech
Teamwork and communication skills (spoken and written)
Microsoft Powerpoint
Leadership and collaboration
