As a Teaching Assistant, you will support teachers in delivering high-quality education and creating a positive learning environment for pupils. Your role includes working with individuals or small groups to reinforce learning, helping manage classroom behaviour, and assisting with lesson preparation and activities. You'll play a key part in supporting students with varying needs, including those with special educational needs (SEN), and contribute to their academic and personal development.
