We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Operations Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support for purchase order management, vendor coordination, and reporting within a global supply chain environment.
This role involves handling procurement processes, monitoring service providers, and supporting returns/recycling operations through accurate data management, communication, and reporting. It is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative systems.
**Responsibilities**:
- Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) and Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs).
- Track approval flows and provide timely updates to requestors.
- Monitor budgets, balances, and expiry dates of BPOs.
- Prepare monthly KPI and usage reports for stakeholders.
- Maintain vendor information (e.g., name, address, VAT updates).
- Follow up on invoices and payment status.
- Maintain data repositories and documentation related to procurement activity.




- Prepare accrual reports and support month-end close processes.
- Assist in analyzing and streamlining processes to improve efficiency and cost management.
- Provide administrative support to integral operations and alleviate bandwidth for team members.
- Create and maintain written process documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in procurement and returns processes.
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years of experience in procurement operations, administrative support, or supply chain/logistics.
- Basic knowledge of purchase order systems (SAP experience a plus).
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good written and spoken English communication.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
