10 years of verifiable experience in the security industry** (At least 5 years managing security personnel such as guards, police, military, etc.)
- Experience in **security administration roles** (e.g., monitoring, security recruitment, security analyst, security manager/director)
- Experience managing a minimum of **80 security personnel**
- **
Basic computer skills**
- Knowledge of **security protocols and procedures**
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Be an expert in all areas of **physical security and access control**




- Understand the operational methods of all guard force units and response zones
- Maintain professional conduct under **high-stress situations**
- Experience with **basic communications** and **radio use/procedures**
- Maintain and manage clear communication between all involved parties
- Provide **risk management planning** and perform **qualitative risk analyses**
- Define, sequence, and estimate **project activities and resources**
- Experience in the **acquisition, development, and management of project teams**
- Supervise and ensure **quality control and contract compliance**
- Must hold a **valid driver's license** in the host country
