**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and manage **release plans**, calendars, and communication across enterprise platforms.
- Coordinate all **release activities**including planning, build, testing, deployment, and post-release validation.
- Drive **release readiness reviews**, milestone tracking, and change approvals.
- Work closely with **project managers, QA leads, DevOps, and infrastructure teams**to ensure alignment on timelines and dependencies.
- Oversee **release governance**, ensuring compliance with organizational change management policies.
- Manage **release risks and issues**, and develop contingency and rollback plans.
- Maintain a centralized **release dashboard**with metrics on release frequency, quality, and performance.
- Serve as a **bridge between business and IT**, ensuring mínimal disruption and effective communication of release impacts.
- Optimize the **CI/CD pipeline**and automation processes to enhance release efficiency.
- Support **audit and compliance**requirements related to software delivery and deployment.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.




- 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 4+ years in **Release Management or DevOps leadership**roles.
- Proven experience in managing **enterprise-scale releases**involving multiple systems and teams.
- Strong understanding of **SDLC, Agile, and DevOps**methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with **CI/CD tools**(e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Bitbucket, Bamboo).
- Familiarity with **ITSM tools**(e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management).
- Excellent **stakeholder management**, communication, and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Experience working in **regulated or large enterprise environments**preferred.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Certification(s) such as **ITIL**, **Agile (Scrum Master/SAFe)**, or **DevOps**.
- Exposure to **cloud platforms**(AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Understanding of **release automation**, **infrastructure as code**, and **container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)**.
- Experience with **general teams**and **follow-the-sun release models**.
