**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Hands-on experience with **Ruby on Rails (RoR)** and **NodeJS**.
- Familiarity with **relational databases** (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and **NoSQL databases** (MongoDB, DynamoDB, etc.).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work under pressure in production environments.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills for cross-team collaboration.
**Responsibilities**:
**System Maintenance and Support**
- Monitor and maintain production systems built on **Ruby on Rails (RoR)** and **NodeJS**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, bugs, and bottlenecks.




- Execute timely resolution of support tickets and escalated issues.
**Database Management**
- Debug and optimize queries across **relational** and **NoSQL databases** (e.g., MongoDB, Oracle).
- Preserve data consistency and performance across environments.
- Provide ongoing database infrastructure support aligned with system requirements.
**Cloud Infrastructure**
- Collaborate with infrastructure and DevOps teams for deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure system uptime, scalability, and effective disaster recovery procedures.
**Documentation & Collaboration**
- Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze and resolve issues.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and support procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve support processes.
