**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Agent in the BIS Safety campaign, you will make outbound calls to customers to conduct satisfaction surveys about services and products. Your work helps measure service quality, customer experience, and overall satisfaction, while contributing valuable feedback for company improvements.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to conduct satisfaction surveys with customers.
- Clearly explain the purpose of the survey and administer it professionally.
- Accurately record customer responses in the company database.
- Inform participants about their entry into a raffle to win a Disney trip.
- Document call outcomes, feedback, and survey metrics.




- Handle objections or negative comments with professionalism and empathy.
- Deliver daily/weekly reports on completed surveys and collected data.
**Requirements**:
- Advanced/Fluent English.
- 6 months - 1 year of experience in customer service, surveys, or call centers preferred.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to stay professional and positive when handling negative feedback.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and documentation processes.
