As the Spare Parts Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and ensuring inventory availability in the Spare Parts Warehouse, along with maintenance planning and proper budget management. Your primary responsibility is to efficiently manage working capital within the warehouse, ensure material availability, replenishment, identify new market offerings with higher quality and technology, and oversee processes and control of spare parts and materials that support plant maintenance and operations.
This position reports to the area manager.
**Key** Responsibilities**
- Spare Parts Warehouse Management to ensure inventory, validate budgets, and coordinate staff.
- Ensure inventory integrity, including physical inventory versus system inventory.
- Coordinate the inflow, outflow, storage, and inventory rotation of all items in the Spare Parts Warehouse, Hazardous Materials Warehouse, and Consumables Warehouse.
- Coordinate and supervise the review, receipt, and recording of spare parts and materials received from suppliers in the warehouse, as well as review the receipt and recording in the invoice system to generate an electronic signature for scheduling payment.
- Request quotes and make comparisons for the acquisition and purchase of spare parts, materials, and consumables to replenish the spare parts and miscellaneous inventory in the warehouse.
- Oversee the correct capture of Internal Purchase Requests in different categories and cost centers for the Spare Parts Warehouse accounting, as well as the impact on the corresponding cost centers.
**Qualifications**
- Industrial Engineering or Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or related field.




3 years of experience in a similar position.
1+ years of experience in planning, cost management, and a focus on continuous improvement.
