**Responsabilidades**:
Manages the production function of multiple departments / product lines through direct supervisory reports.
Interacts with support functions to ensure the appropriate staffing and equipment utilization in assembling and manufacturing products that meet quality and delivery expectations.
**Requisitos**:
Experience (required):




- 5 years of production supervision or project management experience.
- 2 - 3 years of production manager position.
- Experience in leading Lean, 6-Sigma, Continuous Improvement, EHS
initiatives.
- Experience in managing others in supervisory roles.
- Multi-department, multi-shift experience
Masters, advance degree, may be substituted for up to 2 years of supervisory
and / or work experience.
Experience (preferred):
- 6-Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
- Certificate in Lean Manufacturing
- Certificate in Supply Chain
Education (required): - BS degree in Engineering Field.
Education (preferred):
- Masters or advanced degree / certification.
- SAP ERP.
- English (Advanced)
