- Lead strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring focus and results
- Oversee daily operations, taking corrective actions when needed
- Analize data, lead continuous improvement programs to improve efficiency, reduce waste and control overtime
- Ensure full compliance with safety and quality standards
- Optimize productivity through KPI´s, processes and best practice
- Manage budget and oversee plant maintenance
- Ensure achievement of production targets in terms of time, quantity, and quality
- Guarantee compliance with medical (ISO 13485, FDA) industry standards
- Manage and optimize human, material, and financial resources of the plant
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in production, quality, costs, scrap, efficiency, and deliveries
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Electromechanical, Plastics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- MBA or Master’s in Operations/Manufacturing preferred.
- Project Management.
- Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing Tools.
- Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role as plant manager/director of operations.




- Prior exposure to medical manufacturing environments 7 years.
- Technical Knowledge:
- Injection molding processes (preferred) and mold validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Regulatory standards: ISO 13485, FDA, GMP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC. ERP/MRP systems and data-driven performance monitoring.
- Lean manufacturing tools and root cause analysis.

- English proficiency (Advanced required).
