**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telephone sales.
- Bilingual: fluent in Spanish and English.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Professional and client-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, luxury-focused environment.
- Located in or near Cancún, Mexico.
