**Key Responsibilities**:
- Partner with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand workforce needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Utilize data and market insights to inform hiring decisions and optimize talent pipelines.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to hiring practices.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or staffing, preferably in a corporate environment
- Advanced English language




- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for continuous improvement and delivering exceptional service
