- Responsible for program business plan, analysis and target costing following Global Project Management System processes and rules. Set clear targets for each division/department, coordinate the roadmap implementation with related responsible and follow-up results to be reported to Management.
- Facilitate communication between Integral and Regional BU and manufacturing to ensure action plan is in place to meet the targets.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Program profitability management from RFQ to EOP
- Program Target Costing activity coordination with Business Unit, Manufacturing and other Functional Groups
- Coordinate APP activities required to meet Customer requirements for New Programs and Model Year Changes
- Coordinate Kick off Meetings with BU and MFG Team Members for New Programs
- Facilitate achievement of QCD targets established for New Programs
- Ensure achievement of MRD for Pre-Production orders
- Coordinate and support MFG, Purchasing, Engineering and sales during CFR Evaluation
- Coordinate and support YC head office during CFR Evaluation for global business
- Coordinate and support Customer visits to Manufacturing Facilities related to New & Launched Programs.
- Support Transfer activities of Production Lines
- Support other projects, tasks and/or duties as assigned




- Support Management to resolve multidisciplinary communication issues with Global HQ, YNCA FG and others
- Coordinate meeting with customer about new program/minor model change preparation
- Support launch up activity at customer affiliate based on customer requirement
- Support quality discussion and negotiation with customer
- Support sales price negotiation with customer

- Desired: Broad, thorough knowledge business principles ideally in Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Program Management
- Preferred: 5 years Global Business experience in Automotive Industry.Travel Requirements:
