The **Revenue and Pricing Analyst (M/F/d)** plays a key role in maximizing the company’s financial performance by analyzing data, monitoring market trends, and developing pricing and revenue strategies. This position works closely with cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, improve forecasting accuracy, and ensure optimal revenue management across markets.
**About the Role**
- Monitor & analyze regional results, competitor behavior and demand patterns and propose necessary actions on pricing, sales, marketing or RM
- Own the fare management process for the region. Define regional settings, fall back logics and verify implementation over the perimeter
- Support implementation of any commercial activities in the region, based on market strategy. This can include among others planning and setting up promotions, marketing and sales activities, A/B tests, etc.
- Build country-specific campaign calendar (mails, social media posts,) and briefs for M&S; channels (budget, rolling budget, bi-weekly sync)
- Propose commercial tactics to achieve business region goals and supporting on their execution
- Identify customer/product flow potential in respective region (social discounts discovery, special products, customer groups, willingness to pay)
- Keep overview about market news (country situation, new competitor, etc.)
- Propose topline forecasts for weekly and monthly updates
- Collect country-specific e-commerce needs, build business cases and pitch them
**About You**
- Bachelor´s Degree on Economy,



Finance, Mathematics, Actuary or similar.
- 2- 3 years on similar role in Revenue Management or Commercial Development preferably in the hotel or airline industry.
- Strong analytical skills
- Passion for profit optimization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- You feel comfortable in an environment with a lot of freedom and do not need constant guidance
