**What You’ll Do**:
- Engage with customers to understand their gas service needs.
- Guide clients through the enrollment process with confidence and professionalism.
- Offer tailored solutions — no one-size-fits-all scripts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Represent Citadel BPO with integrity and enthusiasm.
**What We Offer**:
- Base salary: $15,000 MXN/monthly (before taxes)
- Unlimited commissions — no cap on your earnings
- Bonuses for attendance and punctuality




- Weekly pay — always on time
- Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- Weekends OFF
- Full legal benefits from day one
- Transportation support: $200 MXN via URBANI (first week)
