We are looking for talented, fluent-English professionals to join our billing team and support our U.S. operations.
**Responsibilities**
- Prepare, review, and submit insurance claims (electronic).
- Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims with insurance carriers.
- Post payments, adjustments, and reconcile billing accounts.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all financial and patient data.
**Requirements**:
- **Fluent in English (C1-C2 level)** — verbal and written (tested during interview).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in **medical billing,



insurance verification, or healthcare administration.**:
- Strong computer and data-entry skills (Excel, EMR, billing platforms).
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with U.S. insurance companies (e.g., BCBS, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna).
- Knowledge of EOBs, CPT codes, and billing cycle management.
- Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
