We are looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join our dispatch team. No prior experience is required we provide full training! If you have good communication skills and speak fluent English, we want to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Answer phone calls and communicate with drivers
- Schedule and dispatch drivers to appropriate locations
- Monitor routes and delivery status
- Record information accurately in the system
- Provide updates to customers or clients as needed
- Report any issues or delays to management
**Requirements**:
- Must speak and understand English clearly
- Basic computer or smartphone usage
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work scheduled shift hours
