**Responsibilities**:
- Handle incoming calls from clients in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
- Schedule appointments and provide clear and empathetic case updates.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
- Track legal documents and support the legal team with case follow-ups.
**Requirements**:
- Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Minimum 1 year of bilingual customer service experience (preferably phone-based).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and client-focused.




- Must live in Guadalajara and be available for on-site work.
