**役割**
WithSecure の急成長中のサイバーセキュリティSaaSビジネスである**Cloud Protection for Salesforce (CPSF)**において、日本市場での技術営業活動をリードし、拡大していくソリューションコンサルタントを募集します。
この役割は、営業チームの技術的パートナーとして、プリセールスからポストセールスまでを横断的に担い、見込み顧客や既存顧客に価値を提供します。求める候補者像は、高度な技術的専門知識と優れたコミュニケーションスキルを兼ね備え、ビジネス上の課題を実用的な技術ソリューションへと変換できる方です。
**主な業務内容**
- 営業チームと連携し、セールスサイクルにおける主要な技術リソースとして活動
- 顧客のニーズに合わせた魅力的な製品デモやプレゼンテーションを実施
- 技術的なディスカバリーセッションを主導し、顧客要件を把握
- ソリューション適合性を検証するための概念実証（POC）の設計・実行
- 技術的能力とビジネス価値を明確に伝え、ステークホルダーとの信頼関係を構築
- 新規顧客の技術的オンボーディングやソリューション導入に関して顧客支援
- 継続的な技術的ビジネスレビューを通じて信頼できるアドバイザーとして活動し、最適化や拡張の機会の特定
- サポートチームやエンジニアリングチームと連携して技術的課題を解決




- 新規顧客獲得、顧客満足の向上、長期的な価値実現を提案し、顧客の成功を推進
- パートナー企業への技術面でのイネーブルメント活動を実施
- 国内外へ出張し、技術トレーニングやパートナー企業及びエンドユーザとの商談
**求める人物像**
- **経験**: 技術職で5年以上（例: ソリューションコンサルティング、プリセールスエンジニアリング、カスタマーサクセスエンジニアリング、または類似職種）
- **技術スキル**:エンタープライズIT環境（ネットワーキング、クラウドプラットフォーム、セキュリティソリューション、APIなど）の深い知識。Salesforceの経験がある方を強く歓迎。
- **ビジネス感覚**:技術ソリューションをビジネス目標に結びつけられる能力
- **コミュニケーション**:優れたプレゼンテーション能力と対人スキル、複雑な概念を技術者および非技術者双方に分かりやすく説明できる能力
- **言語**:日本語（ネイティブまたは同等のレベル）、および高い英語力
