**Team description**:
The Quality team is a cornerstone of Novonesis’s mission to deliver high-quality, safe, and compliant food and feed products. By providing support throughout the entire production process, the team ensures that every phase aligns with Novonesis’s rigorous standards for quality and safety. This holistic approach directly contributes to customer satisfaction and reinforces trust in the company’s products.
Collaboration and teamwork are essential to the success of the Quality team. We foster an environment of shared responsibility, prioritizing open communication and collective problem-solving. This approach ensures that challenges are effectively addressed and that all team members remain aligned toward achieving common goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Supplier and Service Provider Management**
- Conduct qualification processes for critical suppliers and service providers;
- Monitor performance and compliance with Novonesis Quality requirements and FAMI-QS standards **;**
- Conduct supplier audits;




**Complaints and Customer Questionnaires Management**
- Address customer needs by handling quality-related inquiries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Support customer complaint handling, challenge (and approve) root cause analysis and preventive actions;
**FAMI-QS Certification Support**
- Provide technical support for maintaining FAMI-QS Certification;
- Monitor compliance with legal and certification obligations, driving alignment across operations;
- Prepare and support internal and external audits;
- Assist in identifying preventive actions and improvement opportunities by analyzing incidents, complaints, audits, trends in corrective actions;
**Internal Training**
- Promote awareness of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance;
- Perform training in quality, corrective and preventive actions system;
**Looking Ahead**:
The Quality team will continue to lead innovation by adopting advanced digital tools for enhanced process monitoring, predictive analytics, and data-driven decision-making across the supply chain. A strong focus on sustainability remains central, aligning operations with integral trends and Novonesis’s environmental commitments. Additionally, the team will strengthen customer-centric initiatives,



ensuring seamless delivery of safe and compliant products that exceed expectations. Continuous improvement and optimization of quality processes will be prioritized, fostering a culture of excellence throughout the organization.
