**What you'll do**
We're looking for a **Global Treasury Expert** to help us strategically manage Clara's financial resources—including cash, investments, and debt—to optimize liquidity, reduce risk, and ensure regulatory compliance. You'll play a critical role in supporting global cash operations, streamlining treasury processes, and enhancing Clara's financial health and resilience.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring daily global cash flow and liquidity to ensure Clara can meet its financial obligations.
- Executing bank transactions, including **debt disbursements** and **hedge settlements**.
- Supporting **banking relationship** management and coordinating day-to-day treasury operations.




- Providing quotes and executing final steps for **hedging transactions**.
- Preparing and tracking **payment reminders** and schedules.
- Identifying opportunities for **process improvement** and **automation** across the treasury function.
- Supporting financial reporting and analysis to inform decision-making.
**Who you are**:
- We're looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement._
**Must haves**
- Experience in **cash management**, **financial analysis**, or **treasury operations**.
- Familiarity with **banking systems**, **debt instruments**, and **hedging strategies**.
- Strong proficiency in **Excel** and interest in automating workflows.
- Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Working proficiency in **English** and **Spanish**.
**Nice to haves**
- Familiarity with **financial modeling** or **risk management**.
- Experience with **process automation tools** or scripting (e.g., **SQL**, **Python**).
- A proactive approach to improving processes and driving efficiency.
- Basic proficiency in **Portuguese** or a desire to learn it.
